You: The Story is a transformative platform where the voices and stories of women of color are amplified, celebrating their resilience and achievements while fostering a community of support, inspiration, and empowerment. This series will serve as a beacon for personal growth and a catalyst for change, encouraging girls and women of color to envision and reach their highest potential.

DreamHer Academy
The DreamHer Academy is a cornerstone program of The New Dream Project, designed to empower young girls and women of color through transformative sponsorship, skills development, and social and emotional supports. This program focuses on the research-based impact of sponsorship (access to social capital, social networks, and economic connectedness) on upward mobility. Paired with skills development and the partnership/support of their sponsors, participants will tackle pressing social or economic issues within their communities through a structured and collaborative project.
